As the world makes a focused move towards increased usage of renewable energy, our vision is to lead the development of geological hydrogen. The existence of natural (geological) hydrogen has been known for millennia. But for the first time, the demand for renewable energy and the knowledge of the potentially vast resource of geologic hydrogen have overlapped. Recent estimates suggest enough geological hydrogen could be recovered to meet human needs for 100's-1000's of years at the lowest cost of any hydrogen source. By prioritizing local sourcing to minimize transport emissions, we welcome collaboration from various stakeholders to develop an innovative and sustainable production model.
RESPONSIBILITY
HYDROCAT is committed to operating in a socially and environmentally responsible manner by integrating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices into all aspects of our operations and investments. Responsible business practices, including environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and robust governance will be hallmarks of our development. By prioritizing sustainability and ethical conduct, we aim to create long-term value for our stakeholders while still positively impacting our communities and the planet.
USES AND NEEDS
HYDROCAT will focus predominantly on its utilization in fertilizers, energy storage, marine fuel, and
chemical manufacturing through the HYDROCAT initiative.Ammonia production is among the myriad of modern needs for hydrogen, spanning various sectors. Amidst the accelerating energy transition, the imperative demand for low-carbon solutions is paramount, with the global ammonia market projected to soar to almost 400 billion USD by 2028.
